Job Description

Assist in the setup and operation of lighting equipment for live events, recordings, and productions Collaborate with senior technicians and designers to understand lighting design concepts and their implementation Maintain and troubleshoot lighting equipment to ensure optimal performance Participate in pre-production meetings to discuss lighting needs and technical requirements Support the teardown and storage of equipment after events or productions Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance lighting techniques
Required Qualifications

Experience in a lighting role for theater, film, or live events Knowledge of electrical safety standards and practices Exposure to various lighting technologies, including LED and intelligent lighting Basic understanding of lighting equipment and techniques Familiarity with lighting control software and consoles Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced setting
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

Understanding of DMX and lighting control systems Experience with basic rigging and lighting setup Familiarity with CAD software for lighting design
Soft Skills and Cultural Fit

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability Passion for the arts and a collaborative spirit Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
