Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing design concepts and solutions for various landscape architecture projects
- Prepare and produce design drawings, sketches, and renderings using software such as Autodesk Cad, Sketchup & Lumion (2nd priority)
- Prepare construction documents, including plans, details, and specifications (1st priority)
- Collaborate with other project team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Conduct site visits and analyze site conditions for design purposes
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of plant materials, planting design, and landscape architecture trends (3rd priority)
- Ensure that projects meet local regulations and codes
- Irrigation systems full design
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Landscape Architecture
- Strong knowledge of plant materials and planting design
- Exceptional graphics skills.
- Aptitude for creative design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
- Revit experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Familiarity with local regulations and codes in Dubai, UAE
- Ability to work in a team environment and meet project deadlines
- Landscape Architect: 3 years (Required)
