Description
Job Objective:
Typical duties will include preparation and/or modification of the liquid retaining landscape architectural items related to engineering calculations, plans, design, and layout, project specifications, project proposals, cost estimates.
Key Accountabilities:
- Preparation and/or modification of drawings, specifications, BOQ items and calculations.
- Preparation and/or modification of reports, presentations and other graphic illustrative materials.
- Client meetings, agency and stakeholder coordination and meetings.
- Site visits & inspections and assist with material approvals & construction approvals.
- Preparation and/or modification of project status reports.
- Preparation and/or modification of proposals as assigned by senior management.
- Bachelor Degree in Landscape Architecture.
- From 1-3 years of post graduation work experience.
- Commercial, Infrastructure and transport related Landscape Architectural project experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of principles of Landscape Architecture and construction, including concept design, design development, tender and contract documents.
