Job Description

The individual will be part of the Investment Team. The investments team oversees multiple investments, hedging, and new initiatives, The candidate will become part of a team that analyses, executes, and supervises the investments portfolio of the company's group. Specific expectations of this individual include, but are not limited to:

• Analyzing incoming opportunities for recommendations

• Use Business Analysis skills and techniques to analyze investment opportunities.

• Gaining knowledge of capital markets and trading acumen in multiple asset classes

• Assisting in the management of specific hedge programs

• Developing and implementing technological advances

• Collaborating with business partners and the team to assist in business development and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Advanced Degree in CFA, FSA, or similar is a must.

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, advanced Excel/Tableau

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in the fields of Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Actuarial or similar

• Interest in capital markets, start-ups, trading strategies, and financial instruments

• Familiarity with capital and/or risk management strategies as well as retirement and insurance products

• Background in the areas of Trading, Risk Management, Finance, Capital Management, and Investment Management

• Creative problem-solving skills along with outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
