Job Description

Key Responsibility:

Execute internal audit work effectively to assure proper controls exist and are functioning and risk is appropriately mitigated Understand the current state of processes and procedures adopted by the company and its subsidiaries Timely execution of audit plan in accordance with the nature and audit procedures Develop and execute process documentations, process flow chart, audit plans and other internal control documents Develop detailed operational audit report and share the findings with senior management along with recommendations. Conduct routine store audits for all outlets under the company Research and stay up-to-date with best business practices Ensure timely resolution of points mentioned in audit reports through regular follow ups.
Required Experience & skills:

Minimum 2 years of job-related experience Qualified Chartered Accountant Experience in identifying process gaps, risk exposures and delivering operation solutions Experience in process flow designing Well-developed analytical, interpersonal, teamwork & communication (both written and verbal) skills. Should be comfortable in travelling within Dubai for field audit review. Must have a valid UAE driving license and car Should be a quick learner, energetic & good team player.
