Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative
Junior Interior Designer
passionate about residential interiors. The candidate will assist in developing design concepts, preparing drawings and 3D visuals, and coordinating with vendors and project teams to deliver functional and aesthetically pleasing homes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design / Architecture
Basic English Communication is MUST
2+ years experience in residential interior design
Strong eye for aesthetics, color balance, and space optimization
Knowledge of materials, space planning, and joinery details
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to visit sites and manage projects end-to-end
Software Proficiency:
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Lumion, Revit, 3ds Max
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes
Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, elevations, and working drawings
Create 3D models and renderings
Prepare presentation boards and visual materials
Source and coordinate materials, furniture, lighting, and decor elements
Conduct site visits for measurements, supervision, and quality checks
Maintain organized project files and documentation
