Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support
Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical files)
Assist in preparing employment contracts, NOCs, visa letters, and other HR documents
Track attendance, leave applications, and probation periods
Recruitment Assistance
Post job advertisements on UAE-based platforms (e.g., Bayt, Dubizzle, LinkedIn)
Screen CVs and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and communicate interview outcomes
Onboarding & Offboarding
Support onboarding activities (ID badge setup, IT coordination, orientation schedules)
Collect and verify employee documents as per UAE labor laws and visa requirements
Coordinate offboarding processes including exit interviews and final settlements
Policy & Compliance
Ensure HR procedures align with UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021)
Assist in maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards
Support HR audits and maintain MOHRE and GDRFA documentation where applicable
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
0-2 years of HR or administrative experience (internships included)
Strong verbal and written English communication skills; Arabic is a plus
Familiarity with UAE labor regulations is a strong advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
