Yesagain FZC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Junior HR Generalist
to support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records, onboarding, HR administration, and compliance with UAE labor laws. This role is well-suited for candidates at an early stage of their HR career who are eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (job postings, CV screening, interview coordination)
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
Maintain and update employee files, HR databases, and records
Assist with visa, labor card, and documentation processes
Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
Help ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
Assist in preparing HR letters, contracts, and official documents
Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
0-2 years of HR experience (UAE experience is an advantage)
Basic knowledge of UAE labor law and HR practices
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and administrative abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Salary & Benefits
Salary:
AED 2,500 - 3,000 per month
