Key Responsibilities
Organizational Development

  • Develop and implement annual HR plans aligned with business strategy and Group HR objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, communication, and service delivery.
  • Support leadership in building a culture of performance, meritocracy, and inclusion.
Capability and Talent Development
  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Identify and implement succession planning and retention strategies for critical roles.
  • Develop and execute learning and development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Support managers in setting SMART objectives and conducting effective performance reviews.
Employee Relations
  • Advise line managers on employee relations issues and ensure fair and consistent policy application.
  • Foster employee engagement and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Oversee disciplinary and grievance processes in compliance with UAE labor laws and Group HR policies.
  • Promote diversity and equality across the organization.
Business Partnering
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and coach to business leaders on workforce planning and organizational design.
  • Analyze employee engagement metrics and recommend actionable improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement HR initiatives that support business transformation.
Workforce Optimization and Compliance
  • Advise on workforce structure, resourcing, and optimization to ensure efficiency.
  • Support localization initiatives and Emiratisation compliance.
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are followed across all departments.
  • Provide training and awareness sessions on HR policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
Financial and HR Reporting
  • Manage manpower budgets and provide cost analysis and forecasting.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting of employee costs and department budgets.
  • Maintain adherence to company financial systems and HR governance procedures.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent professional HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR generalist or business partnering experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, employee relations, and UAE labor law.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management, talent development, and organizational design.
