Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an annual HR plan aligned with business leadership, Group HR Director, and HRBP
  • Communicate HR strategy progress to HR teams and business units
  • Drive continuous improvement across HR programs and activities
  • Support employee onboarding to ensure early productivity and integration
  • Develop succession plans and retention strategies for key roles
  • Implement learning and development plans to equip staff with required skills
  • Oversee performance management, ensuring SMART objectives and proper documentation
  • Manage training initiatives with the Group Training Department
  • Identify and support development initiatives for high-potential employees
  • Manage employee relations cases and help build a culture of engagement and performance
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and disciplinary procedures
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and line managers
  • Monitor employee engagement and recommend actions to improve it
  • Guide managers on workforce optimization and organization structure improvements
  • Ensure adherence to localization policies and Emirati workforce requirements
  • Provide accurate financial reporting on employee costs
  • Lead manpower budgeting and ensure accuracy in forecasting
  • Manage HR department budget and ensure compliance with financial controls
  • Educate employees on HR policies through training and SOP communication
  • Act decisively on policy breaches and safeguard Emirati-only positions
