Job Description
MASKA is looking for a creative and enthusiastic junior graphic designer to join our team. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams, where you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including designing digital and print materials, assisting in the development of packaging concepts, and contributing to creative projects. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and must have a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for graphic design. Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating visually appealing digital and print materials, such as brochures, social media graphics, and presentations
- Help develop and maintain consistent branding across various marketing channels
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to contribute to creative projects
- Provide support in the design and production of marketing materials for occasions and events
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for creative concepts
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and company objectives
- 1-3 years of experience in Graphic Design
- Strong design skills and a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Fundamental knowledge of the design process and familiarity with design principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography and design skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Works well with deadlines and timelines and is able to work independently with little direct supervision and take initiative.
- Interest and skills in photography and video editing is a plus.
- Positive, reliable, efficient and professional
- Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques and technology
- Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic speaking is a plus
