We are seeking a Junior FP&A Analyst to join our team in Dubai. This role will primarily focus on supporting the FP&A function, with a secondary responsibility of assisting the Accounting team with capital-related activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and rolling forecasts. Support the monthly/quarterly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and commentary. Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions. Prepare and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to management. Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data Assist in the development of presentations and reports for senior management. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as required. Identify and implement process improvements within the FP&A function.*
Assist with the accounting for capital expenditures, including tracking, capitalization, and depreciation. Support the reconciliation of capital asset accounts. Assist in the preparation of audit schedules related to capital assets. Maintain accurate records of capital asset transactions. Collaborate with the Fixed Asset team and other stakeholders to ensure accurate capital.com asset accounting. Support the implementation of new accounting standards related to capital.com assets.

Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 2- 4 years of experience in FP&A or accounting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent Excel skills (including financial modeling). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented and organized. Experience with financial reporting systems is a plus. Familiarity with IFRS is a plus. Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above).
