MHP MENA is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Junior Finance Specialist

to join our team. This unique role is based in our Dubai office but is dedicated to supporting our financial operations in Saudi Arabia (KSA). You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing customer accounts, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily finance tasks.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with SAP experience looking to develop their skills in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and allocate cash and cheque receipts from the sales team in SAP. Manage customer accounts, including creating new accounts and updating credit limits and details. Extract and distribute Statements of Accounts (SOAs) and ledgers. Share tax invoices and communicate directly with Modern Trade customers to resolve discrepancies. Prepare and issue monthly SOAs to customers and track the submission of signed copies. Perform reconciliations for Modern Trade customer statements. Process invoices and credit notes in SAP and maintain the Rebate Registry. Manage the process for returned (rejected) cheques. Generate ad-hoc financial reports for KSA management. Identify, investigate, and help resolve financial discrepancies. Create and update employee and customer profiles in the Business Partner (BP) module. Liaise with internal departments and coordinate with our Head Office.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role. Proven proficiency in SAP is essential Experience with financial reconciliations and management reporting. Fluent English language, familiarity with the Arabic language (reading and speaking) is essential for communicating with KSA clients and teams. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
