Summary: As Junior Fashion Stylist require to be creative, motivated and organized individual, who will be responsible for providing assistance to the Head Stylist. Duties include helping to select clothing and accessories for styling sessions, organizing wardrobe pieces, and assisting during photo shoots. The Assistant should be knowledgeable about current trends and have a good fashion sense. Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Stylist in selection of clothing and accessories for models and talent according to occasion, photoshoot and social shoot requirements.
- Support Head Stylist to prepare clothes, accessories, props, and all preparations for shoot set-ups such as steaming, setting up the rails, unpacking and labeling. Ensure deliveries of all the clothes and accessories arrive on time before the fitting and photoshoots.
- Ensure all logistics for styling requirements such as checking hangers and rails availability in studio. If not, making sure to have hangers and rails with the styling kit always packed and completed before the photoshoot, events or travel.
- Oversee the continuous flow of set-merchandise on the day of the shoot and supporting the Head Stylist.
- Arrange and maintain styling kit, styling space and equipment.
- Assist with social media and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to create styling and wardrobe options according to the brief.
- Perform clothing and accessory inventory management by keeping track of orders and returns. Organizing all purchases or loans. Receive and return all clothes and accessories in correct, respectful, safe and organized manner.
- Supporting with budget trackers and keeping track of invoice for purchase pieces, return invoices. Staying on budget or less.
- Clear and good communication skills to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with showrooms, supporting team and production partners.
- Research and keeping up to date with current and changing trends in fashion and design and to have a creative mind and perceptive approach to work.
- Participate in brainstorming for new projects and themes. Supporting team by creating mood boards and reviewing with the Head Stylist for marketing shoot or social shoot prep.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Head Stylist.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Fine arts, Fashion, Design or related field.
- Direct experience in assisting a fashion stylist and on fashion shoots.
- Knowledge of photoshoots, social media shoots, wardrobe procurement and delivery practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task & extremely organized with strong attention to details.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to follow detailed instructions and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Possesses strong fashion awareness. Aptitude in trends and styling. Having a positive attitude with a growth mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Kind and professional demeanor.
- Mature personality who does not discuss nor expose confidential information about shoots, products and talents.
- Flexibility to work long hours and weekends when necessary.
- Able to be efficient while maximizing impact.
- Driving license
