Meraki Group is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

Junior Facade Engineer

to join our innovative team. In this role, you will work alongside senior engineers and designers to assist in the development of facade design solutions, ensuring they meet aesthetic, functional, and sustainability requirements. It's an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in facade engineering and contribute to exciting projects.

Responsibilities

Assist in the design and analysis of facade systems, including glazing, cladding, and curtain walls. Prepare detailed drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Support the senior team members in conducting material research and sourcing suitable products for facade applications. Participate in site visits to observe installation processes and provide technical support as needed. Contribute to the preparation of design reports, calculations, and documentation for project submissions. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to facilitate project delivery and address challenges. Participate in design reviews and provide input to enhance the design process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in facade design or related fields (internships included). Familiarity with facade materials, systems, and current design trends. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis programs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.
