Job Description
Position Summary:
The BMS & ELV Estimation Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, technical proposals, and tender documents for BMS and ELV systems. The role includes reviewing project specifications, BOQs, drawings, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure competitive and compliant bids.
Key Responsibilities:
Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications for BMS & ELV systems. Prepare material, equipment, and labor cost estimates. Develop technical and commercial proposals. Evaluate supplier quotations and conduct price comparisons. Support system design, technical submittals, and compliance documents. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and consultants on technical queries. Prepare tender documentation, BOMs, and cost summaries. Provide estimation input during project handover.
Preferred Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in EEE, Mechanical, or Instrumentation.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
