MUST BE LIVING IN DUBAI AND HAVE A UAE LICENCE
Our client is looking for a junior EA to support the CEO and the CEO\'s EA in a fast-paced varied role. They are seeking a junior EA to assist the senior EA with admin duties and some personal errands. You must drive and have a UAE licence.
The role will require someone who is able to juggle a busy workload and not be afraid of a challenge.
Duties Include:
To be successful in this Junior EA role you must be able to multi-task, strong communication, willing to learn and be a team player.

- Expense management
- Document production
- Data entry
- HR admin duties
- Some personal tasks related to making the CEO\'s life easier
- General administration and day-to-day duties
To be successful in this Junior EA role you must be able to multi-task, strong communication, willing to learn and be a team player.
SKILLS
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Highly proficient in analytical, written and verbal communications
- Team player
- Excellent organisational skills
- Be discreet with confidential information
- Personable, loyal, professional
- 2-4 years working as a Team Assistant or Junior PA
- Corporate experience ideally Finance or Professional Services
- Fluent business level English
