1. Answer and transfer calls and receive visitors. 2. Receive superior documents and distribute them according to regulations. 3. Responsible for document layout, printing, collection, filing and sorting. 4. Cooperate with the general daily affairs of the office.
Job Requirements:
High school education or above, majors are not limited. Have a strong comprehensive ability of writing, be proficient in using Word experience in writing and typesetting of official documents is preferred.
