• Coordinate and collaborate with various departments to identify and define digitalization initiatives and objectives
• Assist in the management of existing digital solutions and identify areas of enhancement.
• Identify, investigate and solve system bugs and user-reported issues
• Support the development, testing and rollout of new digital tools and automated workflows
• Gather an relay user feedback to improve tools and user experience
• Document the progress, timeline, processes and manuals of the digital solutions
• Present tools to users and assist with training sessions and creation of simple guides
• Adhere to company policies
• Be aware of and obey the Company Health, Safety and Environmental, and Quality rules & perform the activities as per IMS.
• Attend to all the company-organised training courses when invited.

Application Requirements:

• Passion for learning and becoming a specialist in one or multiple tools of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power App, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Fx language)
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Background or demonstrable interest in data, numbers, coding, programming and AI
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Professional, approachable and a collaborative team player
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to take initiative with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with MS 365 software and tools.
