JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a

Junior Developer - SharePoint

to join our BAS team. This is an entry-level role where you will provide

L1 support

, manage simple SharePoint tasks, and assist senior team members in delivering solutions. The role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to learn, support business users, and grow into more advanced development responsibilities.

KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Provide

L1 support

for SharePoint-related business tickets and resolve user issues under the guidance of senior team members. Assist in

requirement gathering

by engaging end-users and documenting needs in a structured format. Perform basic

development tasks

such as creating and modifying SharePoint lists, libraries, workflows, and forms. Contributes to

activities

including unit testing, regression testing, and documenting test results. Support the

creation of user guides

, documentation, and training materials for business teams. Collaborate with

SMEs and senior developers

to ensure timely and quality delivery of assigned tasks.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science. 2+ years of experience in SharePoint or Microsoft 365 environment. Familiarity with

Power Automate

,

Power Apps

, and

Microsoft Teams integration

(preferred but not mandatory). Basic understanding of

Power Automate/Power Apps

workflows and app-building concepts. Exposure to

SharePoint Framework (SPFx) portal development

. Basic knowledge of

Microsoft Graph API, OOPs concepts

,

React

, and

JavaScript

. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Eagerness to learn and support a dynamic business applications team. This role is a great opportunity to
