Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Designer with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for aesthetic excellence in lighting design. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent space planning skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their lighting needs and deliver aesthetically pleasing designs, demonstrating proficiency in the entire lighting design process, including chandelier design, lighting layouts, and decorative vertical installations. The candidate must be adept at conceptualizing and communicating design ideas both verbally and visually.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to determine their specific lighting needs and requirements. Manage design projects from concept development through to completion. Develop and present project proposals, incorporating unique lighting solutions. Prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents, with a focus on lighting layouts that enhance functionality and ambiance. Design lighting schemes that elevate both the functionality and mood of spaces, ensuring that every element aligns with the client's vision. Collaborate with contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure smooth and timely project completion. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control throughout the implementation phase.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Lighting Design, or a related field. Proven experience as a lighting designer (2-4 years preferred), with a strong focus on chandelier design, lighting layouts, and decorative lighting. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, Revit, or similar. Excellent communication. Comfortable with meeting with clients. Knowledge on Autocad & 3DS Max is mandatory

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
