Junior Creative Lead

Role Overview:

As our Junior Creative Lead, you will be the cornerstone of our creative team, stepping in to direct projects and manage the agency's creative output when the Creative Director is unavailable. You'll lead the team not only in concept development but also on set, ensuring shoots and creative productions align with our vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction:

Lead the ideation and execution of creative campaigns, ensuring all concepts meet high standards and align with client expectations.

On-Set Leadership:

Direct video and photo shoots, making sure every detail aligns with the campaign's creative vision. A valid driver's license and access to a car are required, as you may need to travel to various shoot locations.

Team Management:

Oversee and inspire the creative team, from designers to editors, ensuring smooth collaboration and top-quality deliverables.

Client Communication:

Work closely with account managers to translate client needs into creative strategies, and serve as the creative point of contact.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a creative role. Portfolio showcasing your ability to direct campaigns and productions. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are a bonus. Ability to manage multiple projects and work with a team with confidence.
