Our gang of creative rockstars (sorry Ozzy) is on the hunt for a Junior Copywriter who\'s not just a wordsmith, but a trendsetting virtuoso. We thrive on insights, imagination, and irreverence, and we\'re looking for someone who understands what resonates with audiences here, now, and tomorrow.
To Succeed in This Role, You Need To:
  • Trend Forecasting: Be our ear to the ground and the voice of now. We\'re relying on you to spot cultural, social, and generational trends before they emerge into the mainstream, bringing fresh and disruptive insights into your copy.
  • Content Alchemy: Craft and transform ideas into words for all things digital and print - social media posts, ad campaigns, blogs, and more. Your copy won\'t just sell; it\'ll resonate, inspire, and disrupt. We\'re talking memes, taglines, tweets, and more. If it\'s copy, it\'s your canvas.
  • Collaborative Ideation: Dive into brainstorm sessions with designers, strategists, and producers. You\'ll be part of a team that breathes life into campaigns, ensuring they\'re not just effective but legendary.
  • Engagement & Influence: Use your understanding of different communication styles needed for various audiences, combined with SEO principles, to reach hearts and minds. You\'re not just reaching audiences; you\'re creating the next one.
  • Brand Embodiment: Immerse yourself in diverse brand identities, channeling voices that speak to, and even challenge, current norms and expectation
  • To be highly conceptual, creating ideas that push creative boundaries
  • To create great advertising campaigns with combined excellent creative judgement
  • Being open to new ideas including those coming from different departments
  • To set high standards while setting achievable goals for self

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in something relevant, or irrelevant with a fascinating story behind it.
  • 1-2 years in something that involved writing. Could be anything, but you\'ve got to show us your magic with words.
  • A portfolio that doesn\'t just show us you can write, but you can make us feel, think, and even question.
  • Social media isn\'t just where you scroll; it\'s where you draw inspiration.
  • You know the difference between a fad and a revolution.
  • Ability to work in warp speed, juggling projects, and never dropping the ball. Seriously, circus-level juggling skills needed.
