What you can expect

• With experience in organization, (target) operating model and business model, you will help guide our clients through their digital transformation process
• Investigate and analyse ICT trends on the markets, business models and value chains of our clients and develop strategies and efficiency options in implementing digital business models and future-proofing organizations
• Advice and support in the use of modern information and communication technologies

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, economics, business administration, international management, psychology or a comparable degree
• Initial practical experience from challenging internships, ideally in the area of organization, (target) operating model or business model and in one or more of the following industries: Automotive, Utilities, Finance & Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecommunications desirable
• Knowledge in design and implementation of digital operating models and efficiency programs coupled with knowledge of technology trends such as IoT, Big Data, RPA or process mining desirable
• Willingness to travel internationally and business fluent in English, another language is an advantage
