Job Description

The Role
  • Work with the senior team to plan and execute monthly workshops \xe2\x80\x93 with a benchmark of ten workshops and events per year. \xe2\x80\xa2 Development of in-depth sales, marketing, and project briefs that give a summary of main finding of research and market recommendations \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with external sponsors and speakers to ensure smooth delivery of workshops. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creation of original, engaging copy for executive summaries, event brochures, websites, promotional pieces including (emails, social media posts and article) \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure timely communication and follow-up with participants, speakers, and sponsors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work in collaboration with operations on logistics such as venue, catering, audio-visual, and marketing materials. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain and update the participant database and contact lists. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct research and analysis to identify potential speakers, sponsors, and venues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide administrative support to the senior team as required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with regards to conference and content production on other Aurora50 events and conferences.
Requirements
Essential skills for this role: \xe2\x80\xa2 Track recording in meeting or exceeding targets (financial, speakers, engagement) \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrates strong productivity track record with proven ability to deliver simultaneous tasks \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrates ability to generate seed ideas and a clear understanding / ability to work through topic generation ideas \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to speak and influence high-level stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to write and present a business case with ease and confidence \xe2\x80\xa2 Entrepreneurial and self-aware This role may suit a candidate with previous experience in: \xe2\x80\xa2 Content development for high-level workshops, events and annual summit (in-person, hybrid, & virtual events) \xe2\x80\xa2 Engaging external partners and clients with a keen commercial awareness \xe2\x80\xa2 A similar role where you have demonstrated related skills.
