We are Hiring

Position:

Junior Civil / Structural Engineer (Rotating)

Location: Qatar (Project-based)

Project Duration: 4 to 6 months (Extendable)

Salary: Negotiable, Full Package

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

7+ years' experience with major contractors or consultants (detail design projects).

Strong knowledge in conceptual, FEED, and detailed engineering.

Skilled in structural inspections, building assessments, and safety compliance evaluations.

Able to prepare technical reports (visual inspections, crack assessments, asset integrity reports, scope of work).

Proficient with design software (e.g., STAAD Pro) and engineering calculations for RCC and steel structures.

Familiarity with SHELL DEP standards preferred.

Strong communication skills and report preparation abilities.

Good understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems.

Qatar project experience and driving a car are preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

Conduct site assessments for structural integrity and compliance.

Analyze and recommend solutions for structural deficiencies.

Coordinate project activities and attend client meetings.

Review test reports and verify subcontractor outputs.

Prepare comprehensive reports and support project documentation.
