Our client, a leading construction company in Qatar, is currently seeking a

Junior civil Foreman

to join their team in

Qatar

. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in civil construction and the ability to supervise and manage on-site activities efficiently.

Full-time | 2-Year Contract

Salary:

QAR 3,200/month

Benefits:

Food, Accommodation, and Transportation provided by the company

Working Hours:

10 hours/day

Working Days:

Saturday to Thursday

Annual Leave:

Provided after 18 months of continuous service

Air Ticket:

Annual air ticket provided by the company

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities at the construction site. Ensure that work is carried out according to project specifications and timelines. Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage on site. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and legal standards. Report progress and site issues to the Project Engineer or Site Manager. Coordinate with subcontractors and site workers to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry. Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or similar supervisory role. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans. Good leadership and communication skills. Must be willing to relocate and commit to a 2-year contract.
