Duties & Responsibilities
:Reviewing construction plans identify list of materials. Prepares architectural and civil specifications for projects. prepare and analyze project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labor and time Maintain material supplier's database Assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender support in quantity surveying tasks and prepare bill of quantities.
Skills
Bachelor's in civil engineering. 2 to 5 years of experience. understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport with all levels of employees, clients, consultants and vendors.
