Junior CFO / Financial Strategist (AI-Driven Finance Lead) | Finance Strategist | FP&A Analyst | Jobs in Dubai
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary (tax-free): AED 9,000 -13,000 per month (depending on experience)
Type: Full-time | On-site / Hybrid
Start Date: December 1st, 2025
About the Role
This is not a traditional finance position its a hybrid of financial control, business strategy, and innovation.
You will manage the companys accounting and reporting functions while building intelligent dashboards and financial models that guide decision-making.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-oriented, and tech-savvy, with a passion for transforming finance through AI and automation.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise cashflow, payroll, financial reporting, and operational budgeting.
• Design and maintain automated dashboards using Google Sheets, Notion, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) to streamline analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Lead external accountants and ensure accurate invoice management and compliance.
• Develop financial strategies to improve margins, control costs, and enhance liquidity.
• Deliver monthly financial forecasts, dashboards, and performance reports to the founders.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to monitor ROI, campaign spending, and business performance.
• Act as the central reference for Company's financial health and projections.

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Fintech/start-up environments.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills using Google Sheets or Excel.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Interest in and understanding of AI tools and automation in financial workflows.
• Knowledge of proprietary trading, fintech, or performance marketing is an advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English and based in, or willing to relocate to, Dubai.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary ( Tax Free) : AED 9,000 -13,000 per month (based on experience and technical capability).
