Key Responsibilities:

Operate the Mall Kiosk as a point of contact for individuals looking to sell their used cars. Source high-quality used cars from individuals visiting the mall. Negotiate prices with sellers to ensure fair transactions. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for purchasing used cars. Provide excellent customer service to individuals selling their cars. Collaborate with other Departments to meet purchase targets and gross profit goals. Keep up-to-date with market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.


Requirements


Skills and Qualifications:

University/Diploma/College Graduate or Equivalent. 2-3 years of experience in Used Car Buying or Sales. Proficiency in English (Arabic is also a benefit) Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with customers. Ability to work independently and handle transactions from start to finish. Knowledge of the local automotive market and pricing trends. Genuine passion for cars and customer service.
