Junior Business Development Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities and potential markets. Support senior team members in preparing proposals, presentations, and business plans. Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs. Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on products and services. Help manage the sales pipeline and follow up on leads. Coordinate meetings, presentations, and client visits. Prepare reports on sales activities, performance, and market insights. Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) to support business initiatives. Ensure timely completion of tasks related to tenders, contracts, and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 4-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
