Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

Barista

to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong love for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency in every cup.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty items. Maintain the highest standards of product quality, consistency, and presentation. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and taking accurate orders. Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and POS systems confidently. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, equipment, and seating zones. Monitor stock levels, refill supplies, and assist with inventory when needed. Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times. Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth daily operations. Suggest menu items or upsell products to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar hospitality role preferred. Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and cafe operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Flexible schedule and willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed. Basic math and POS handling skills.

Preferred Skills

Latte art or specialty coffee knowledge. Familiarity with sustainable and ethical coffee sourcing. Customer-focused attitude with a positive, energetic personality.
