We are looking for a motivated Junior Barista with prior experience to join our team. The role involves preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and light food items while ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have basic barista skills, knowledge of coffee preparation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve quality coffee and beverages.
Assist in daily cafe operations and maintain cleanliness.
Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
Support Head and Senior baristas and team members when needed.
Requirements:
Previous barista experience (minimum 6-12 months).
Knowledge of coffee equipment and preparation methods.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
