Position: Junior Barista

Barista Responsibilities:

ssist in preparing and serving espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and cafe menu items according to company standards. Support senior baristas in dialing in espresso and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation. Learn proper latte art, brewing methods, and specialty coffee knowledge. Provide warm, friendly, and attentive service to every customer. Share basic product knowledge (origins, flavors, brewing styles) with customers when appropriate. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing needs and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and cafe floor. Follow hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards at all times. Assist in restocking coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies. Work closely with the cafe team to ensure smooth daily operations. Participate in training sessions and actively learn new skills. Support senior staff in cafe opening, closing, and shift change procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in hospitality, cafe, or F&B is a plus but not mandatory. Passion for coffee, customer service, and learning new skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. Basic English required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
