Salary Range: Aed 1,000 to Aed 1,500
1. Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
2. Sanitizing and cleaning all the tools e.g. brewing machines, glass, utensils and others
3. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
4. Answer questions about our menu, coffee beans, brewing methods, and other products.
5. Preparation of coffee and espresso beverages according to the cafe's standards.
6. Learn and execute various brewing methods, including pour-over, French press, AeroPress, and espresso.
7. Ensure all drinks are prepared and served with precision and consistency.
8. Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
9. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in excellent working condition.
10. Develop a deep understanding of our coffee offerings, including origin, flavor profiles, and brewing techniques.
11. Continuously educate yourself about new products and coffee trends.
12. Assist in monitoring and managing stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
13. Report any inventory shortages or equipment malfunctions to the Senior Barista
14. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, seating area, and storage.
15. Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
16. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations.
17. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
