Junior Automation Engineer (Low-Code Workflow Developer)We're hiring a Junior Automation Engineer (Low-Code Workflow Developer) to help us automate and streamline internal workflows across various tools and platforms. You'll be responsible for creating efficient, reliable automations using low-code tools to reduce manual work, improve response time, and enhance internal productivity.Responsibilities:

Build and maintain workflow automations using tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.com Integrate systems such as our CRM (Pipedrive), WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and other internal platforms Configure webhooks, triggers, and API-based integrations to automate lead handling, deal assignments, and notifications Ensure workflows are robust with proper logic, error handling, and logging Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for automation Maintain documentation of workflows and processes for clarity and future maintenance Support non-technical users in understanding and using automated tools
Requirements:

Familiarity with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.com Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and basic data formats (e.g. JSON) Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders Comfortable working with CRM systems (experience with Pipedrive is a plus) Eagerness to learn new tools and continuously improve existing systems
Bonus Skills (Not Required):

Experience with WhatsApp Cloud API, Twilio, or 360Dialog Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Notion, or Retool Basic knowledge of scripting (JavaScript or Python)
