Monitor daily cash transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Perform cash closing activities in coordination with cashiers and verify cash balances.
Monitor food handling and food-related transactions to ensure proper control and compliance.
Check DOS (Daily Operating System / Daily Opening Stock) every morning and report discrepancies.
Review and verify records of food and material wastage.
Control and monitor queue (Q) management during peak and busy hours to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with the IT team to resolve Kids Card system issues and support operational needs.

Pay: BD150.000 - BD180.000 per month
