Job Description

An international law firm in Dubai is seeking a junior associate to join its leading Investment Funds practice. The team advises global financial institutions, sovereign wealth funds, development finance institutions, private equity sponsors, and asset managers on the structuring and formation of both conventional and Shari'ah-compliant funds across the Middle East, Europe, and key offshore jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will assist on a wide range of fund formation mandates spanning private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, ESG, renewables, and digital assets, while gaining exposure to regional and international regulatory regimes, including DFSA, ADGM, and SCA frameworks.
Applicants should have 1-3 years' post-qualification experience, ideally gained with a leading international or financial services-focused law firm. Previous exposure to investment funds, financial regulation, or capital markets work will be advantageous. Excellent academics, strong drafting skills, and a commercial, solutions-driven mindset are essential.
