Job Responsibilities
Maintain and update books of accounts (AR, AP, GL)
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Process invoices, payments, and receipts
Perform bank, cash, and supplier reconciliations
Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
Monitor expenses and control company budgets
Assist in internal and external audits
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Support management with financial analysis and reporting
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2-5 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred)
Good knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting standards
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP)
Strong MS Excel and reporting skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
