is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Junior Accountant

to join our growing team. Candidates with

2+ years of experience

in general accounting are preferred; however,

Fresh graduates with a strong accounting foundation are also encouraged to apply

. The selected candidate will support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, manage Billing, vouchers and invoices, and assist in preparing financial reports using

Excel and Accounts software

. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, highly organized, and committed to accuracy in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Cash Handling

?Prepare invoices accurately using the billing system.

?Handle cash, card, and online payments securely and maintain proper records.

?Manage daily cash reconciliation and submit reports to the Accounts.

Sales & Customer Service

?Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable power tools and accessories.

?Demonstrate product features, specifications, and usage when required.

?Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

Inventory & Store Management

?Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

?Update stock levels, raise requests for replenishment, and coordinate with the warehouse team.

?Assist in periodic stock counts and audits.

Accounting & Reporting

?Enter sales entries, receipts, and basic accounting transactions in Tally.

?Generate daily/weekly sales reports and submit to management.

?Maintain accurate documentation and support in basic admin tasks.

?Handle and reconcile petty cash transactions

?Supervise the shop activities and give guidance to workers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum

2+ years of General Accounting role

.

Ready to relocate to

Tanzania

Good working knowledge of

MS Excel

Good communication skills in

English & Hindi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
