Job Description

Responsibilities: Managing Accounting department.

1.Maintain financial records: Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements.

2.Financial reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Generate insightful reports to support management decision-making.

3.Tax compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time. Stay updated on changes in tax codes and advise on tax planning strategies.

4.Budgeting and forecasting: Assist in developing budgets and forecasts, monitoring actual performance against targets, and providing analysis of variances. Collaborate with management to optimize financial resources.

5.Audit support: Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits. Maintain proper documentation and facilitate the audit process to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA certification preferred)
2.Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role
3.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
4.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
5.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
6.Attention to detail and accuracy
7.Effective communication and interpersonal skills
