Manage the day to day and petty cash accounts of the companies
Keep a record of the company books as per FTA guidelines
Prepare account statements, invoices and other documentation as per requirement
Create salary documentation and documentation for submission to WPS
Verify account statements, purchase documents and other financial documents
Create reports regarding projects and be actively involved in their costing and other duties
Monitor and advise the company management on the financial status of the companies and steps that can be taken to improve the financial status
Understand and adhere to all pertinent FTA laws and ensure that the company procedures follow the laws
B.B.A/B.Com or similar required and a prior experience of three years. Candidate must have prior experience managing the financials of companies in construction/retail sector.
