Qualifications:

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
