Job description
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing and issuing sales invoices and reconciliation with receipts.
- Recording of bills from suppliers and reconciliation with accounts payable.
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
- Daily recording of journal entries for data entry, bank transactions, prepayments, accruals, fixed assets, reconciliations on monthly basis.
- Other accounting data entry or documentation task as requested.
Qualifications Required:
- Three years or more of related experience required
- Must have knowledge of accounting standards/IFRS
- Knowledge of accounting software like Sage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (excel basic must)
