We are hiring a Junior Accountant for a well-established supermarket/retail business in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of accounting experience in Bahrain, preferably in the retail or supermarket industry. Key Responsibilities: . Manage daily accounting tasks including billing, cash handling, and ledger updates . Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports . Conduct bank reconciliations and inventory accounting . Support internal audits and ensure compliance with Bahraini VAT and financial regulations . Coordinate with procurement and sales teams on stock and payment tracking . Maintain accurate documentation and records Requirements: . BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field . 1-2 years of accounting experience in Bahrain (Retail/Supermarket industry experience is an advantage) . Proficient in accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks or similar) . Strong understanding of VAT and local financial laws . Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently .
