Male Junior Accountant

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated
Male Junior Accountant
who has up to 1 year of relevant accounting experience. The selected candidate will provide support to the finance & accounting team and gain hands-on exposure to day-to-day accounting operations.
Job Responsibilities
Develop cost-based accounting practices in company expense booking and maintain department-wise revenue recognition for profitability analysis.
Prepare MIS reports of relevant areas.
Prepare estimated monthly cash flow requirements of the company.
Handle payroll preparation & WPS transfers.
Carry out instructions and tasks as directed by management to support finance functions.
Prepare financial closing entries, provisions, and check trial balances.
Prepare annual project reports and yearly financial statements.
Coordinate with external auditors to clarify accounting entries.
Make journal, payment, and receipt entries for daily and monthly transactions.
Verify PR-related bills and other payments.
Prepare monthly referral incentives and process cheques.
Compile data and prepare monthly financial reports for review.
Reconcile transactions and financial data with the accounting system.
Pre-audit and verify employee expense claims for compliance.
Interpret and apply accounting policies and procedures to resolve issues.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1 year of accounting/finance experience (internships or academic projects can count).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, basic reports).
Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Good communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work under supervision as well as take initiative.
