We are urgently hiring a Junior Accountant to support our finance team. The ideal candidate should be from Kerala, with basic accounting knowledge and a proactive attitude to learn and grow. Roles and Responsibilities: . Assist in maintaining the general ledger and recording daily transactions . Input financial data into accounting software/spreadsheets accurately . Handle accounts payable and receivable: invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and collections . Conduct regular bank reconciliations . Assist in payroll processing by verifying hours and deductions . Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting . Help in preparing tax documentation and compliance . Review and validate employee expense claims . Assist in maintaining internal financial controls . Support internal and external audit requirements Requirements: . Basic accounting knowledge . Familiarity with accounting tools and MS Excel . Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn . Good communication and teamwork skills .
