Should have Min : 1 to 2 Years UAE experience.

oPreferred candidate who can join immediate basis. The Accountant will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, project-based accounting, cost control, billing, and compliance. The role requires strong experience in construction or interior fit-out accounting, including job costing, subcontractor payments, and project financial reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting & Reporting

Maintain accurate books of accounts (GL, AP, AR) Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and petty cash Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Project & Job Costing

Maintain project-wise cost tracking and profitability reports Monitor budgets, variations, and cost overruns Track material, labor, and subcontractor costs per project Coordinate with project managers for cost validation
Billing & Receivables

Prepare client invoices as per contract terms and milestones Track client payments, retention money, and outstanding receivables Follow up on overdue payments
Payables & Subcontractors

Verify supplier and subcontractor invoices Manage subcontractor payments as per agreements Maintain records of advances, deductions, and retention
Taxation & Compliance

Prepare and file VAT/GST returns (if applicable) Handle withholding taxes, payroll taxes, and statutory deductions Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants Ensure compliance with local labor and financial regulations
Payroll

Process monthly payroll and employee reimbursements Maintain payroll records, leave balances, and end-of-service benefits
Audits & Controls

Assist in internal and external audits Maintain proper documentation and internal controls Support management with financial analysis and reports
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce Professional certification (CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA) -

preferred

3-7 years

of accounting experience, preferably in

construction or interior fit-out

Strong knowledge of job costing and project accounting
