Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and financial documentation Record daily transactions, invoices, expenses, and payments Support month-end and year-end closing activities Perform bank reconciliations and assist with cash flow monitoring Prepare basic financial reports and statements for management review Assist in VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment follow-ups Support senior accountants and auditors during reviews and audits Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial data at all times

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 0-2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is an advantage Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Good communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
