Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
Support accounts payable and receivable processes
Prepare invoices, expense reports, and payment documentation
Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities
Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records
Support audits and compliance-related tasks
Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and clarifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
0-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is a plus
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Good organizational and time-management skills
